Meet your Teacher KELLY RYT500, E-RYT200, YACEP

Relocating to Sedona from Carmel, Indiana, Kelly has been practicing and studying yoga for over 20 years with 10+ years of experience teaching various styles of yoga including

Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow, Yin, Restorative, Kid's Yoga, Chair Yoga, Guided Meditation, Sound Healing, Yoga and Hiking, as well as Handstands and Arm Balances workshops.

As a dedicated Angel Ambassador volunteer at the Sedona Yoga Festival since 2018, Kelly is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for both beginners and experienced practitioners, emphasizing authenticity and self-acceptance.
